I wanted to write and thank everyone at Argentis Consulting for the  fantastic job they did on my web site, it exceeded my expectations. Your staff is so courteous and the customer service was the best I've encountered in this line of business. I'm a banker by trade and know a lot about customer service, you guys are a perfect 10.

Not only did you do the things I asked for, but your suggestions and add ons were what impressed me most. Most companies would build the site, but would also like the customer to depend on them for the tiniest updates, not you guys. You created templates that will make it easy for me to make minor changes, add products and categories or new content on my own. But did you stop there, no, you even set up  a  conference call to walk me through the site and pointed out in easy  to understand steps where I can add content within the HTML coding.  I'm not a programmer and know very little about HTML, but  with your  design and instruction I'll have no problems.

I will definitely  recommend your services, and you will get repeat business from me.  People that know me understand that I am hard to please, so you guys  have to know you've got a fan. Most times you  only get comments from  customers when they are upset or complaining, but I felt I had to  pass on this note of appreciation  and thanks.
