1. Agile Software Development Methodology
The adopted Agile Methodology addresses the need for speed and continuous change, delivering applications that truly respond to business needs and benefits allowing better ROI to our customers. “working software” rather than “documentation”. It is usually used on projects, where project requirements or SOW is not fully understand or a new technology or tool needs to be present.

1. Release Often (Kill Points) and demo Often (every two weeks)
2. Prioritize requirements every short periods of time (adding value to the product)
3. Time – Effort trade off concept
4. Change management / COG (Cost of Quality) – Cheap and Fast

2. Argentis Flexible Waterfall Model
This is the modified classical system development model. It consists of discontinuous phases. It works well for products with clearly understood requirements or when working with well understood technical tools and technology, This enables the phases to overlap when needed. This waterfall model can also split into subprojects at an appropriate phase, allowing change during the lifecycle. This model is usually attached to fixed contract types
