Approval is a the prerequisite for the invoicing of a project and is made by the responsible employee or another authorised person. The system assists you with invoicing so that no data is overlooked. The following invoicing options are available: monthly, quarterly, phase or project completion, due date, down payments etc.

ProjectManagement supports the use of multiple companies and multiple currencies. A special feature for software companies is the Support Desk. This web-based tool allows managing of the entire workflow of support tickets, from request and request handling to the successful close. Customers or employees are able to enter support tickets in the system, to assign priorities or to add comments to an event and to track support tickets. When a request has been successfully closed, the customer can be invoiced if applicable.
