Currently, instant messaging is a key part of our day to day life. In the workplace is not the exception. It is ideal for maintaining clear and professional communication, keeping records and avoiding misunderstandings.
SAP Business One Live Collaboration, allows communication through messaging with SAP Business One. Allows you send documents from the system without the need to export them, making sure is the correct.
In the following step by step we show you how:
- Log in to SAP Business One and look for the instant message icon or “Live Collaboration” in the top bar
- Choose within the system users who you want to write
- Compose the message and if you want to share a SAP Business One document, select “share data”
- Find the document to share and “click on it”
