When it comes to data, the most important thing is that it’s available at the right time. For this, SAP Business One has launched the web analytics portal in the lastest version.
This portal allows you to access all your reports from the web browser, as well as schedule automatic email delivery. Reports can be sent to SAP users or externals such as suppliers, customers, partners, etc.
Follow the steps below to schedule an email:
1- Access the Analytical Portal
2- Enter the report you want to schedule
3- Click on the “Schedule” option
4- Select the format (excel, pdf or word) in which you want it to be sent
5- Choose the frequency and time
6-Complete the e-mails of the receivers and those that would go in copy
